CareSpaces Ireland
Brand and website for an Irish company that sources, leases and upgrades property for care providers.
The brief
CareSpaces sources, leases and upgrades property for Ireland's care providers: children's residential centres, disability accommodation, therapeutic clinics. It is a property business and a care business at once, and it had to read as credible to both.
The work started with the brand and has carried on since, through the website, property brochures and video, and a listings portal.

A mark that holds two things
The logomark is two gabled roofs drawn as one shape, a larger house and a smaller one sharing a wall. Property is the obvious read. The second house is the point, because these are places people live in together.
The palette stays quiet. A soft sky blue against near-black, so the properties carry the colour on the page instead of the brand fighting them for it.

Built to keep growing
The site sets out the services and the properties, then hands over to a listings area where providers register, sign in and browse what is available.
It has been in service since 2025 and has grown with the business rather than being replaced. The most recent phase, the property listings and client portal, went live in May 2026.
